Procuring a buyer is not as simple as accepting the highest offer.

Often times terms in an offer can be just as, if not more important than the purchase price. Negotiating is the art of collecting information, and knowing when to ask the right questions. My utmost goal is to represent, and protect your interests in the transaction.

That being said, I truly believe that the only way to negotiate a Real Estate Transaction is to ensure both sides of the deal are comfortable walking to the closing table.
